Food waste is an undeniable feature of life, but it need not be this way. The ethos behind ChicP is to be part of the incredible drive to encourage people to think differently about the way they eat.
Step up ambition
To be available nationwide at the end of this year and to end up producing around the world, using the surplus vegetables to produce the hummus in each of those countries.
Things take time - much longer than you think - so it's worth getting it right first time.
