Founder: Jamie Kemp
Jamie Kemp is an independent chocolatier based in East Hampshire. He specialises in hand crafted fine chocolates and truffles using single origin cocoa beans and coverture chocolate.
His cocoa journey started in the mountains of Puriscal, Costa Rica where he lived and worked with a native family who owned a small cocoa farm. The family showed Jamie how truly extraordinary the production of chocolate is and the hard work farmers need to put in to produce high quality cocoa beans.
Since his stay with La Iguana Chocolate in Costa Rica, Jamie has been creating and producing his own range of fine chocolates and truffles that have won both 'Great Taste' awards and 'Academy of Chocolate' awards.
